About the Builder:

Craig Bauer is a life long Lincoln resident. He has been involved in the building industry in Lincoln for the past 34 years. Craig has built custom homes, large apartment complexes and townhome developments. Craig is truly a hands on builder. If you wonder onto the job site you will find Craig actively involved in all aspects of the building process. This hands on management is evident in the finished product. The craftsmanship, pride and dedication to detail are there for the new home owner to appreciate. Craig has been married to his High School sweet heart Shelley for more than 30 years. They have two sons Dustin and Brady. In their spare time the Bauer family enjoys playing golf. They are all very accomplished and take their turns being the family champion. Craig and Shelley also enjoy a lot of the Husker events. Over the years they have not missed too many home football and basketball games and in the fall they will travel around the Big 12 to an away game or two.
